contains details of serious dissatisfaction, which I will publish if

That seems to be your problem. You don't say what address, but the

This is the address marked as "home" in my PayPal profile. I have
even expanded the state abbreviation from "VIC" to "Victoria" to
exactly match what is in my PayPal profile. In more detail, my
profile contains the following addresses:

I paid via credit card before realizing that you want a credit card
invoice. I do not share my bank statements with third parties.
In addition, in this case I moved house earlier this month. I have
changed the address details with my bank, but the last credit card
invoice was issued last month, and it shows a different address
(omitted). The current address should be available online from
the credit card people. Alternatively I can produce correspondence
showing that I have recently purchased the house with the address
shown above.
If this is a problem for you, please cancel the order. Doing business
with you has been such a pain that I no longer want to have anything
to do with it. Trying to pay you has taken me many hours of my time,
and it looks like it's still not done. I've sent you two emails on
the subject and received boilerplate answers to different questions.

Finally, I should note that an hour after paying for the camera with
credit card, I have still not received the confirmation message you
