As described in ticket
TJH-87320, your name servers ns1.ausweb.net.au
and ns2.ausweb.net.au continue to consider themselves authoritative for
the zone narrawin.com, though your web interface does not:
$ nslookup -q=soa narrawin.com ns2.ausweb.net.au
Server: ns2.ausweb.net.au
Address: 122.252.5.26#53
narrawin.com
origin = ns1.ausweb.net.au
mail addr = system.ausweb.net.au
serial = 2008012302
refresh = 14400
retry = 7200
expire = 3600000
minimum = 86400
$ nslookup -q=soa narrawin.com ns1.ausweb.net.au
Server: ns1.ausweb.net.au
Address: 122.252.5.25#53
narrawin.com
origin = ns1.ausweb.net.au
mail addr = system.ausweb.net.au
serial = 2008012302
refresh = 14400
retry = 7200
expire = 3600000
minimum = 86400
This is probably the cause of the bug reported in ticket TJH-87320.
You have no authority to continue to supply this out-of-date
information. Please drop the zone immediately.

Please do not double post
for the same issue.
One ticket is more than enough to get our attention and alternatively,
for replies, reopening your first ticket and posting in it is much
better for clarity, as it will maintain a continuous conversation and
information thread.
You can view the status of your ticket by entering your email and any
ticket key in the fields below.
Once logged in you can create a new ticket, reply to existing ones or
carry out other tasks.

This is a separate issue. The previous one was problems adding name
servers. This one is about incorrect data from your name servers.
Confusing two different issues is one of the best ways to get
thoroughly confused.

And what do I need to get resolution? So far I have seen no action on
your part to actually solve the problems. Do you intend to work on this
one?

Hi,
As you seem to think you know everything and always would like to blame
us for your short comings , it will be a much better idea to move your
domain to another registrar!
If you prefer to stay with us then please READ and FOLLOW the
guidelines I indicated before!
Should you have any other questions or issues please do not hesitate in
contacting us.
Best Regards

Insults are no compensation for ignorance; they just draw attention to
it. I don't think I've ever seen such complete lack of understanding
in handling an issue which is so clearly your problem. The only
explanation I can think of is that you haven't read the ticket.
> it will be a much better idea to move your domain to another
> registrar!
You can be very sure that we will do so. The only reason we have not
done so already is because I have strong reservations about your
ability to make a smooth transition.
> If you prefer to stay with us then please READ and FOLLOW the

You have not responded to this ticket before. Please read it. None
of the "guidelines" you have mentioned in other tickets apply.
You seem to have great difficulty understanding basic DNS issues.
Only you can stop pretending to be authoritative for our domain.
Please remove the zone from your name servers.
Since you don't seem to have understood this request, I'll go into a
little more detail:
DNS maintains its records deals in zones, which roughly correspond
to domains. Until recently, the authoritative name servers for
narrawin.com were ns1.ausweb.net.au and ns2.ausweb.net.au. Since
you supply no tools to maintain these zones, we migrated--with great
hindrance from your software and your "support" department--to other
name servers. The choice of these name servers was based on what
your web interface would allow. As you can see at
http://www.intodns.com/narrawin.com , the link to which you pointed
us, we have now worked around the problems to an extent that there
are no further warnings or error messages on that page.
The problem is that we want to add the name servers ns1.narrawin.com
and ns2.narrawin.com. We can't do that because your web interface
appears to consult the wrong name servers when looking for A records
for name servers. Instead of consulting the authoritative servers
(currently ns.ozlabs.org and ns1.lemis.com), it appears to consult
your own name servers, which still consider themselves authoritative
for the zone, but with out-of-date information that does not include
these A records.
There are two issues here: first, it means we can't add our name
servers. Secondly, by claiming to be authoritative, you are
supplying incorrect information about our domain to the Internet.
To fix the problem, you need to modify your name server
configuration to drop this zone. Please do so: l can't do that.
If you have read this far, please confirm in your reply.

It's not clear why this
ticket is in "on hold" status, but based on
your previous behaviour, I assume it's a way to avoid working on it.
Please let me know:
1. What does "on hold" signify?
2. Whether I should reopen it or enter another ticket.
We need a response to this ticket from somebody who understands the
issue and is prepared to read the text.

By blocking access to your
website and refusing to take down old
versions of the zone you are in breach of contract. We are making a
formal complaint. Please remove the zone information immediately.
