The first time I was unable to complete login: it just hung. I tried with a different browser (firefox) and tried to pay with PayPal. Your site claimed that my credit card (and not PayPal) refused payment, and then hung, making it impossible to retry. I tried on a third browser (chrome), where the same thing happened. This was not a refusal to pay. PayPal contacted me and told me that there were two deductions and two refunds. Clearly you need to look at your web site. You can imagine what this does to my desire to buy from you online. There are many other suppliers, and their web sites work.
