This is really just for me, to remind me of the steps I need to take to upgrade a port like Hugin, as in this example:

1. Upgrade the port locally, confirm that it works.
2. If there are any files to remove, svn rm them.
3. Update Makefile details: at the very least set PORTREVISION to 0.
4. svn commit
