Ingredients

130 g       Hoki fillet
50 g       prawns      
35 g       spring onions      
100 g       mushrooms      
80 g       spinach      
10 g       sesame seed      
      celery      
      salt      
      pepper      
      coriander      
      Noilly Prat      

Preparation

Finely chop ingredients and fry lightly. Place in wonton skins and fold. Steam or (if you have to) bake:
