Ingredients

This is all wrong, of course, but will be fixed.

quantity       ingredient       step
1 pound       soybean sprouts, washed and drained       1
8 large       dried anchovies with the heads and guts removed       1
8 cups       water       1
4       garlic cloves, minced       1
4       ounces onion, sliced (about ½ cup)       1
1 tablespoon (or more or less)       gochu-garu (Korean hot pepper flakes)       1
1 tablespoon       soy sauce       1
1 tablespoon       fish sauce       1
2 teaspoons       kosher salt (or more or less to your taste)       1
2 to 3       green onions, sliced diagonally       1
2 teaspoons       toasted sesame oil       1
2 to 3 tablespoons       toasted sesame seeds, ground       1

Preparation

This recipe is a mess. Apart from these horrible cups and spoons, the “anchovies” are supposed to be dried, but the photo shows fresh fish:
