When we bought our house in 47 Kleins
Road, Dereel, one of our thoughts was that
after we retired, we could build a new, more modern house with better insulation and layout.
After some surprises, in December 2013 we found a suitable block of land, purchased it, and
signed a preliminary contract to have a house built.
We were told not to expect it to be fast; a realistic date would be the end of September
2014. But things didn't happen like that.
