Bluetooth headphones

This is for my “Bluetiger” headphones. To pair, these instructions (for a different make) say

Long press the power on/off key for 3 seconds. The blue and red LED indicators will flash

But that's not correct. After 5 seconds the blue LED flashes. Keep holding. After another 5 seconds, it alternates with red.

The headphones identify themselves as BH-M20. They seem to stay paired, but to turn them on you need to press the power switch for at least 5 seconds, and which they flash blue for 2 seconds and stay off for about 8, with the occasional red flash for no apparent reason. When the phone is powered on, there may be an extra flash.

To turn off: another long press. The red LED lights, than all goes dark.
