it again I'll probably change something.

Preparation
Cut spring onions into 1 cm lengths and ginger into strips. Crush garlic and fry gently
until cooked.
Mix the sauce ingredients.
Cut lap chong into 5 mm slices. When the onion mixture is cooked, add it, peas and
carrot.
Mix well, add rice and sauce. Heat until the moisture has evaporated.
