This is a recipe that I invented on 9 July 2010. It's not overly good, but for me it's a starting point for something better. I don't think anybody else should even bother reading it.

Ingredients

350 g       onion       1
30 g       oil for frying       1
30 g       garlic       2
550 g       beef mince       3
5 g       cumminseed       4
3 g       dried oregano       4
10 g       coriander leaf       4
10 g       mild chili powder       5
10 g       salt       5
2 g       ground pepper       5

Preparation

  1. Chop the onions with the oil and fry slowly to dry them out.

  2. When the onion is about half-done, press the garlic into the mixture and continue.

  3. When the onion mixture is done, add the meat and fry until half-cooked.

  4. Finely chop or grind cumminseed, oregano and coriander leaf.

  5. Add cumminseed, oregano, coriander, chili, pepper and salt. Mince coarsely with a mincer. Return to pan and cook until dry.
