This is a recipe that I tried as an experiment on 21 February 2009. It can certainly do with improvement, but in its current form (almost), it's not bad.
quantity | ingredient | step | ||
250 g | chicken breast | 1 | ||
20 g | garlic | 2 | ||
oil for frying | 2 | |||
25 g | pine nuts | 3 | ||
200 g | green tomatoes | 4 | ||
6 g | Vietnamese mint | 5 | ||
5 g | coriander leaf | 5 |
Chop the chicken into 1 cm cubes.
Chop the garlic finely and fry in oil until dry.
Add the pine nuts and the chicken and fry until the chicken is firm.
Add chopped green tomatoes and fry until chicken is cooked (about 5 minutes).
Garnish with chopped mint and coriander and serve with rice.
In the first attempt, I used only 8 g garlic and also added 2.5 g thyme. The thyme was a mistake, and there wasn't enough garlic.
