This directory contains selections of my photos that relate to computer-related barbecues in which I have participated.
Between 2000 and 2007, I held an annual barbecue for local hackers round Christmas time. I've also held barbecues at other times when hackers have been in town. Over the course of time I've loosened the definition of “hackers' barbecue” to mean any barbecue where at least one other hacker was present, and where computers were at least part of the discussion. But they've mainly been social events where we had fun. These photos, taken in 2001, 2003 and 2006, give an idea of the atmosphere. Follow the links below for many more.
