These are the flowers we had in the garden in midautumn 2016, taken on 15 April 2016. They're not all overly
pretty, but the purpose of the photos is to record what was in the garden at the time.
Things are still in need of great improvement. The new surprise is
the Azaleas. A solitary flower:
With the Salvias it's a different matter.
Nearly all of them died, I now think because of the heat and the wind. In particular, we no
longer have any Salvia
microphylla. But one has not completely given up, even trying to flower:
