These are the flowers we had in the garden in late winter 2016, taken mainly on
15 August 2016 and 16 August 2016.
They're not all overly pretty, but the purpose of the photos is to record what was in the
garden at the time.
There were particularly few flowers this month. That's not overly surprising for late
winter, but in fact we're a little better off than last year, though there's no sign of
the Hellebores yet. On the other hand,
the Camellias are flowering better than
I've seen them, and a couple of
persistent Cannas
and Petunias are not quite dead:
