These are the conditions to which I agreed when signing up for SkyMesh's free National Broadband Network service trial. Note particularly no mention of accepting
their view of a network configuration.

I agree to participate in the SkyMesh FREE 60-day NBN Fixed Wireless Trial and will provide feedback when requested.

I understand that at the time of installation, NBN Co will complete a site survey and if it finds that NBN Wireless is unavailable at your premises, the installation will not proceed.

I understand that the equipment installed and owned by NBN Co must remain in place, even if I do not continue with the trial. NBN Co will not remove their equipment from your premises.

I agree to provide NBN Co with written consent to photograph the completed installation.

I have three spare, standard 230V power points that are required to operate the customer premises equipment.

I understand that there may be outages during the trial period, and I agree not to cancel my existing Internet and phone connections during the trial.

I understand that I won't be charged for using the Internet service and I'm under no obligation to continue at the end of the 60-day trial.

Should I exceed my 200GB + 200GB monthly data allowance, I agree that my service will be slowed to 256/256 kbps for the remainder of the Billing Period.

I understand that I can make up to $100 worth of phone calls using the SkyMesh Voice (VoIP) service, and I agree that if I exceed that amount the service may be suspended.

I understand that the supplied Router and Analogue Telephone Adapter (ATA) remains the property of SkyMesh.

I agree to post the Router and ATA back to SkyMesh (Reply Paid 255 Fortitude Valley QLD 4006) at SkyMesh's expense in their original packaging on request.

If I decide to continue after the trial, I understand the equipment remains SkyMesh's property and I will return them in the original packaging should I cancel my service.

I have permission from the landlord/owner of the premises to install an NBN Fixed Wireless service including any internal wiring.

My computer has an Ethernet network socket and a current version operating system.

I understand that Priority Assistance is not available with this service.
