Goulash (to use the English spelling) is a dish better known in Germany (Gulasch) or Hungary (Gulyás). It's a surprisingly confusing dish, and Yvonne and I continually discuss details. As a result, we have no fewer than four recipes:
Only four? Well, no. There's also Wildgulasch (venison goulash), which I made only once at Christmas 2006.
